children bundled up in hats, scarves and mittens as snow falls all around
them. The opposite side of the bell
depicts 3 different children, bundled up, seated, snow falling around
them. The bands around the bottom
and the one topping the bell are the
palest pink color and the year 1987 is on both sides just under the children on
