The umbrella is in perfect condition and so is the rest of the piece. A new umbrella alone, sells for $150.00 for the larger one, directly from Lladro in Spain. I have purchased many flowers from them at their NewYork location and have priced many replacement parts as well. New umbrellas start at $100.00 for the plain small one and go up from there.
